Description of neighbourhood: Noord - Geeren-Zuid
Geeren (Breda North) is officially divided into Geeren-Zuid (Geeren- South) and Geeren- Noord (Geeren- North). This district has been constructed in the 60s of the last century and has a relatively high percentage of apartment buildings. Particularily Geeren-Noord is surrounded by greenery. The spacious shopping centre ‘Hoge Vught’ of the neighbourhood Biesdonk is where the inhabitants go for their shopping. Geeren has in total 6.700 residents.
